Armed with the final design brief, the experts in our workshop start work on your luxury custom kitchen. A water-tight schedule is planned so that nothing is overlooked, and we draw up a meticulous bill of materials that lists every component, down to the last screw, and programme cutting machines to each item’s exact specifications. Nothing is left to chance or overlooked by our scrupulously vigilant team.

The artisans in our studio work in pairs, cutting down timber and assembling components to ensure the perfect fit, and treating each join as the most important thing in the world. Only when they are satisfied with the solidity of each component do they pass to our finishing team, who work under the same roof as designers and artisans, so if there is a problem, everyone is close together to deal with it.

We are known for the excellence of our finishing. Using the most sophisticated sanding machine in the UK, we treat flat components by machine; everything else is sanded and sprayed completely by hand. Our high gloss finishes are one of our specialities. We apply 14 coats of lacquer, then buff and polish every component by hand to achieve a mirror-like finish.
